What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon, installment by Shop pay and other online payment system. We accept Bitcoin also. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash on delivery.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME FROM? All Merge Works Products are made in the USA. Other suppliers are from the USA with products from other country.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Your shipping address can be revised after the order has been processed but once it shipped we can not change the shipping address. Email us to change your shipping address.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
All Acoustic Products has lead time between 2-4weeks, since it's a made-to-order products. All suppliers have different lead time, but once the lead time is completed the shipping will be just from 4 to 6 working days depending how far is the shipping address from the warehouse. Other suppliers are within 7 working days if your order is available. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-5 days of purchase, those products without lead time, like for Conset and Unique Furniture. We do our very best to get the product to you as soon as possible. You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. We know you are looking forward to your awesome purchase.
How do I track my order? We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.
What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order? If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a 2.5% card processing fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
